Happy 24th December 2016 my beloved readers.
It’s Christmas Eve already, Cheers to that.
So, as how we have always been putting it on the blog, It’s holiday season and we got be extra!
Guys, I’ll be the chef during the holiday and I look forward to spoil my family with some yummy stuff. So, today’s blog post I’ll be sharing with you what I’ll be serving as an entree. I have my menu all ready, a proper (5 start hotel kind of treat..Hahaaa).For my menu I have named it with some Christmas song titles and I’m so excited about it.
“Merry Christmas!” That’s the name for this entree which is a Christmas wreath salad, something yummy and healthy but above all easy to make.
WHAT I USED
Macaroni
Basil
Oregano
Tomato
Parsley
Onion
Cucumber
Peas
Green beans
Salt
Mayonnaise
Bell pepper- Green/Red and yellow
WHAT I DID
Boil macaroni with water mixed with salt, oregano and basil
Steam the veggies; that’s peas, garlic, parsley and green beans
Cut the cucumbers, onions , tomatoes, green and yellow peppers into shapes of your choice
Cut the red bell pepper into big sizes (leaves form)
Time to create our Christmas Wreath salad, so take a plate and place a bowl in the middle. Then add some tomatoes around , in another bowl of the herbs cooked macaroni add some onions and bell pepper and a pinch of salt, top it up with some mayonnaise and now start plating your plate accordingly.
And there you have it. Ain’t this awesome? Will you love to try this it out?
Let me know how it goes.
Wishing ya’ll a very merry Christmas!
I’ll try alone and send you a picture
